3. We keep data collection to a minimum. When you subscribe to our newsletter or request a guide, we collect your email address (and, where you provide it, your name). We use this to send you the content you asked for, occasional updates, and email marketing about Nashoba. We do not sell your data.

4. We only send marketing emails to people who have opted in. When you subscribe you are giving clear, informed consent for us to email you. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time — it is as easy to opt out as it was to opt in. Our email marketing is handled by Klaviyo, who process your data on our behalf as a trusted provider.

5. Your data is stored securely within Klaviyo's systems. Klaviyo may process data outside the UK; where it does, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place to protect your information. We retain your data only for as long as you remain subscribed or as needed to meet legal obligations.

6. You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can exercise any of these rights, or withdraw consent, at any time by contacting us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
